A dedicated and enthusiastic Child Carer to join our team at a reputable special needs school in Rutland.

Role Overview: As a Child Carer , you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.
  2. Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
  3. Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs
  4. Implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)
  • Right To Work in the UK (No Sponsorship Provided)
  • Driver with a Clean Driving License (School is in a Rural area, so not commutable by public transport)
