NonStop Care is currently working with a reputable local authority near the Leicestershire area, who are seeking a Senior Social Worker within the Child Protection and Court Work team.

The team works high profile/risk cases from CIN that are to be escalated, caseloads are manageable and will continue to drop as they hire more. You will be expected in office once per week for weekly team meeting and for one service meeting a month, so 5 times in office are all that's strictly necessary, otherwise they manage their own caseload and diary completely.

They use Signs of Safety, Stability and Success as our practice framework when working with children, families, and professionals with Social Care and Early Help Services. This strengths-based model is focused on working with children and families towards shared aims and goals and building on what is working well for them.

For further information on the role, please send your CV in a Microsoft Word format to Jessel on or give me a ring on Ext 7153.
