Requirements:

  • Social Work England Registered
  • Background in safeguarding children and significance experience as a LADO
  • Knowledge of Signs of Safety
  • Enhanced DBS
  • An in-depth knowledge of the delivery of services to children and their families and the current issues and legislation affecting them.

NonStop's client based in North West London are seeking a Child Protection Advisor to contribute to the provision of an effective child protection service by chairing multi-agency Child Protection conferences. Candidates must be able to quality assure multi-agency service delivery and support and challenge practice in the best interest of our most vulnerable children and young people.

Job Purpose:

  • Contribute to the provision of an effective child protection service by chairing multi-agency Child Protection conferences.
  • Provide expert safeguarding advice and consultation to the department and outside agencies.
  • Quality assure multi-agency service delivery and support and challenge practice in the best interest of our most vulnerable children and young people.
  • Identify and promote areas of good practice and contribute to practice improvement
