I am looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join and spearhead the growth of the iGaming and Gambling division. This is a sizeable and highly influential role in the organisation where you will be the thought leader for circa 700 tech employees for Product and Software Development.

Develop and Execute Technology Strategy:

Steer the formulation and execution of a unified technology strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company's business goals and objectives. Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to sustain and elevate our competitive advantage.

Lead the Technology Team:

Guide the technology team in creating and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions that cater to client needs. Nurture a culture of innovation within the technology team, fostering creativity and a willingness to take calculated risks.

Technology Integration and Digital Transformation:

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure comprehensive technology integration throughout the business, optimizing efficiency and client satisfaction. Take charge of developing and implementing digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevate client engagement.

Industry Representation:

Act as the primary technology advocate, representing the company at industry forums, panels, and networking events.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:

Proven experience in propelling technological progress and fostering innovation. In-depth understanding of digital trends and emerging technologies, with a focus on AI. Robust leadership and strategic planning skills. Capability to cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration within the technology team. Excellent communication and presentation skills, showcasing the ability to represent the company at industry events.

Recruitment Process:
