We are currently partnered with an exciting PE backed Pharma start up building the C-Suite team to help scale and transform this start up. This will be a permanent role based in Cambridge with a salary of between £80,000 and £120,000 depending on experience

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to fill the role of Chief People Officer (CPO) or CHRO equivalent. You will report in to the Managing Director and work with other C-suite professionals to implement the People/HR Strategy, design, handbooks, policies, processes and procedures to safeguard the business but enable the business to safely but rapidly scale.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Chief People Officer role you will ideally come from a Pharma or very relatable background with experience of start up or scale up. Although this will be a senior role with a lot of strategical elements, being a start up you will be the type of person who can role up their sleeves and get stuck in to most aspects, while the business is in it's early growth stage.
