I'm excited to share that I'm working with the MD of a new and specialist MGA on an assignment to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for their rapidly expanding business.

Salary - IRO £100,000-£120,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Share Incentive scheme

Summary:-

* Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Oversee day-day Operational functions of the company.
* Establish compliance operational strategies.
* Develop organisational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:-

* 6+ years of Operational Management experience, providing specialist advice in the Insurance Market
* In depth knowledge of the Lloyd's Market
* Excellent leadership, project management and organisational skills
* In depth knowledge of all the main classes of GI and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR
