The role includes talent attraction and development along with the retention of talent for the organisation whilst promoting a fantastic culture of diversity, inclusion and employee engagement.

You will help develop and implement the HR strategy and lead the HR operations of the organisation, this would also include performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance. Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide HR advice in areas of workforce planning, succession planning and workforce planning. Be part of the team overseeing the HR data and analytics helping assess the effectiveness of the HR programs and use data to make HR related decisions. Part of your remit would be to continuously look at performance improvement and innovation to keep updated on best HR practice and industry trends.

The experience you would bring with you, Human resources CIPD or Masters in Human resources degree. Extensive experience in senior HR related role in a fast paced technology/ IT industry.

Experience with UK employment law and regulations along with ability to form strong business relationships at all levels of the organisation, be able to think strategically and have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Have a strong track record in driving change and delivering results in global arena.
