Chief Financial Officer

Posted 11 March by SF Recruitment
Salary icon £140,000 - £160,000 per annum
Location icon Reading , Berkshire

SF Executive have been retained by a private equity backed property and services business in the Thames Valley to find them a low ego and high performing Finance Director / CFO - the business is hugely successful and has good levels of EBITDA and growing.

The role will sit at Group level but closely oversee the financial performance of the business.

The role will be a true business partner to The Board and will sit shoulder to shoulder with a hugely engaging CEO as the business continues to grow and will go through a private equity exit to secondary PE or trade in the next three to four years.

Given all of the above, we are looking for a confident, communicative and resilient FD or CFO who has already operated in a standalone SME and or PE role.

Previous exit experience is not a necessity but clearly precedence will be given to candidates that have delivered this.

You will have the capability and humility to deal with a wide ranging role where the wider business and customers are at the heart of everything you'll do. You'll potentially pick up other areas such as IT and HR and have a willingness to help across the board with a positive attitude and sunny disposition.

The business has sites across the UK and so a willingness to be out and about and present is a requirement of the role - experience of leading M&A activities from engagement to integration would also be attractive.

A significant package will exist for the successful candidate along with a growth share.

Please be encouraged to submit your details but please be aware that in a practical sense, we will only be able to get back to fully relevant candidates.
