Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking for progression to a Junior Sous role?? This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie looking for their next opportunity. You will support the team through various daily services. This role is based in Cumbria and offers great live in accommodation. Opportunities like this won't be around for long so apply today!!

What we are looking for:

  • A strong Chef de Partie with exceptional hotel or restaurant background
  • A passionate foodie who also has the ability to help produce a healthy GP
  • Experience within busy high volume and pressurised operations.
  • Ability to run their own kitchen section and step up to the challenge when needed.
  • A strong work ethic and fully committed to supporting the team
  • Ability to coach and develop a team and support a young team.
  • Previous experience working at 1AA rosette standard.
  • Please note that live-in accommodation and relocation support is available.

Pay:

  • £34,000 plus tips DOE

  • 4.5 Day Week on rota basis
