The working week will comprise 45 hours per week from 1 April to 30 September and 35 hours per week 1 October to 31 March, working 5 days out of 7, excluding breaks.
Duties include:
*To prepare and cook food for all menus to the standards required.
*To assist in menu development
*To cook using recipes as required at all times.
*Stock control and due diligence checks
*Complying with the Health & Safety at Work and Hygiene regulations
The ideal candidate would have/be:
*NVQ 2 or equivalent
*Minimum of 5 years catering experience
*Able to communicate with all team members, Members and guests.
*Committed to a career in catering.
*Prepared to work anti-social hours.
*Good personal presentation
*A high degree of personal motivation and ability to resolve problems.
*Hands on approach.
*Authoritative, energetic personality
