Our client has a fantastic position for a passionate Chef de Partie, located on the outskirt of Ipswich, a brasserie restaurant with a beautiful terrace for dining, cooking with some of the best fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.

This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie, to work in a multi-rosette establishment, with in a large and highly organised kitchen, with a team of 10, led by a dedicated and talented Michelin trained Head Chef.

The ideal Chef de Partie will:

  • The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination
  • Have previous Rosette experience
  • Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge
  • Be competent in all sections of the kitchen

This venue can be accessed by public transport, however a car driver will be preferred.
