Join a Dedicated Team:
We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. You'll work alongside a passionate crew dedicated to culinary excellence. This role offers the chance to:
- Master your craft: Hone your skills in a demanding banqueting environment, creating exquisite dishes for large functions
- Shape the future: Contribute your ideas and creativity to menu development and operational decisions
- Learn and grow: Benefit from industry-leading Health & Safety courses and ongoing professional development

You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 1 year's background in banqueting or similar role
- Possess a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude and a passion for food
- Are a team player with excellent communication skills
- Can adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings (paid overtime).

Salary and Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, with some weekend working (upto c12 times/year)
- Overtime and time in lieu
