Job Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Bristol City Centre
Sector: Events, leading catering company 
Salary: Up to £27,500 + £2/3k tronc annually.

Our client is currently searching for several ambitious Chef de Partie’s to join an incredible events arena in Bristol City Centre. 
 
The ideal Chef de Partie's will dedicated individuals with a passion for fresh produce and a drive to develop themselves professionally. 

Each day will be different and you will be encouraged to grow within the team.
 
Duties:
  • To work alongside the senior kitchen team delivering precise prep.
  • To maintain kitchen and hygiene standards.
  • Taking in morning deliveries, ensuring the correct quantity and produce has been delivered, and performing quality checks.
  • Managing your section during service, delivering consistently perfect cooking
  • To support the junior team with prep and service
  • Kitchen closedown, prep lists for the following service and detailed orders
Do you have the skills?
  • A self-motivated individual who works to deadlines and within time frames
  • Will have strong knife skills and a high standard of kitchen prep
  • Ability to work across multiple sections & multi task
  • Must have a strong understanding of kitchen health & safety and food hygiene
  • A gregarious, outward going personality who enjoys working in a team
  • Organised and diligent, keen to go the extra mile with a can do attitude
