Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Northern Irelands best resorts in near Enniskillen and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Chef de Partie to join their team.

You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day running of your section.

Working with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef you will help create menu's for the 3 rosette restaurant using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats, fish and cheese fresh from surrounding area.

What's involved?

You will require experience in similar 4 or 5 star establishments with 3 rosettes and as well as amazing culinary background you will need a fanatic people skills and the ability to communicate with the rest of the team to hit the high attention to detail.
