Our reputable client is seeking a Chef De Partie to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Chef De Partie will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of two kitchens. This position would suit an ambitious chef with a love for using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing brand of unique properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Support the daily operation of two kitchens.
• Use fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience as a chef
• Strong communication skills
• Ambitious, with a love for using local ingredients
