This successful independent restaurant group is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Chefs de Partie for its 3rd all day café/restaurant opening soon. Set in a stunning central London Park this 150-cover venue is in the final stages of a complete refurbishment. The Kitchen will offer breakfasts, brunches, light lunches, bar snacks and flatbreads, the cafe will cater for both eat-in and takeaway customers.

Open from 8.00am until dusk, with extended hours and offerings for summer evenings that will include informal park dining, jazz and pizza nights etc. The food and dishes are fresh and thoughtfully crafted, menus are seasonally driven, with an emphasis on quality and provenance. Our food has a fantastic reputation and we are hoping to find the right candidate to grow with us, evolve our style and contribute directly.

As Chef de Partie, you will assist the Head Chef, helping with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, including:

  • Kitchen service, working closely with the team of chefs and KPs
  • Quality assurance
  • Stock management
  • Health, Safety and Hygiene
  • Compliance with statutory regulations and legislation

Required skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year as a Chef de Partie in a similar unit
  • Boundless energy and enthusiasm
  • Can-do attitude
