Role: Chef de Partie

Location: Berkshire

Hours: Christmas Off and a 4 day work week with split shifts Tues - Sat

Accommodation: We will help you find somewhere locally if you are out of the area.

What we need:

Someone enthusiastic, very enthusiastic, you will be learning very intricate service levels

A love to explore, taste, colour and texture.

Some experience of working in a previous fine dining environment

Excellent understanding of what it takes to make a kitchen run, for example health and safety and food hygene Demonstrate balance, understanding and tolerance and able to work as part of a glowing, healthy team who move as one.
