Chef de Partie

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen in a successful and established customer facing restaurant near Ware serving all fresh food daily menus using the best local produce. It is a very busy restaurant so you will need volume experience.

You will need your own transport.

As a Chef de Partie you will work alongside the sous and head chef and lead the team in all areas of food production. A true foodie, you will bring your personality to the kitchen inspiring and motivating your team's passion to produce freshly cooked, fabulous food.

As Chef de Partie you will:

• Prepare and cook the all fresh regularly changing menus
• Help to monitor stock levels and manage stock orders
• Manage the cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.
• work closely with the front of house team
• Maintain high standards of food presentation

• A chef de partie with a background working in high volume fast paced restaurants/pubs/hotels/catering operations
• Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
• Knowledgeable in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
• Passion for delivering the highest quality food and service.
