A great opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join a lovely Venue in Central London, A strong starting salary of £38-£40k based on a 40 hour working week. This is a 5/7 day operation so some weekend work will be required and some evenings but there will be no late finishes.

The Pastry Chef should be experienced in all areas of pastry, from Desserts and Cakes to Tray Bakes to Restaurant Service. You will need strong Pastry experience gained in either Multi Outlet Operations or busy high end hotels where you are used to high volume.

As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the pastry production for different operations as well as Events so a good knowledge of different products will be essential as well as strong organisational skills and communication skills

The Pastry Chef will help to design menus and offerings in different outlets so a keen interest in current pastry trends will be needed,

We are looking for Pastry chefs from either a multi outlet operations or who have worked in high end Hotels and understand how to multi task and prioritise.
