We have an exciting opportunity at a prestigious private school in the heart of Sussex for a Chef de Partie. You will be working alongside a team of six Chefs catering for large numbers so working well as part of a team is essential. The Head Chef is always open to new ideas so you will be given the flexibility and freedom to add your own thoughts on menus/dishes etc. Experience is not essential for this role but the right attitude, work ethic and the ability to work well within a team. This is a 7 day a week operation with staff having 2 days off in the week. Normally one day off in the week and 1 day off on the weekend with shifts finishing no later than 7pm.

Due to remote location, the need to drive is desirable as there is a limited bus service.
