Opal Personnel are currently working with a client based near Truro, Cornwall who are on the lookout for a strong Chef De Partie to start ASAP on a permanent basis. There is live-in available too, so you don't need to be local!

The client are a busy and award-winning restaurant and hotel and would be looking to speak with candidates who are experienced working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen with the ambition to develop and take on work in a fine-dining environment.

Specifics;

Setting - Restaurant/Hotel - classic and fine-dining
Experience - Strong Chef De Partie with experience working in a fast-pace environment
Location - Truro, Cornwall
Salary - £26-£30k DOE over 45 hours per week + live-in available if required/desired
