We have a fantastic Chef de Partie opportunity opening up at a high-end private members club based in a stunning location in South West London. Working alongside a talented team of Chefs, you will be cooking high end hot and cold food for the staff canteen.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Help the kitchen team maintaining high level of consistency
  • Set up meals for staff by ensuring amounts of mise en place are in place.
  • Check and maintain fridges, work and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity, and quality of food products.
  • To understand date labelling and correct rotation of stock.
  • To take proper care of ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles, utensils, and other equipment
  • Ensure that all HACCP principles are adhered too.
  • Follow all Food safety and Health and safety rules
  • To ensure the highest quality of product within cost constraints by managing products for food preparation.

ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of Health & Safety and hygiene practices at work.
  • The ability to proactively prioritise needs and effectively manage resources and time
