As a Chef de Partie you will be part of a small team of Chefs and involved in working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef's & Head Chef with the day to day running of this beautiful countryside Restaurant destination.

Producing food to the highest standards is essential and you will need to have a true love for food and the hospitality industry. The restaurant aims to offer its guest a unique dining experience that leaves a long lasting memory. As well as the ala carte restaurant they have a cocktail bar which offers bar snacks as well as 4 guest bedrooms.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef who truly loves to cook and for any Chef who loves to work with the best possible ingredients available to them to create food that will leave a lasting memory. The ideal Chef should be from within a high-profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation. Although this is not essential as the hotel are open to giving people with the right attitude and drive the opportunity to learn and develop their skills.
