Reed are excited to be partnering with a Boutique Hotel in the Cotswolds to recruit a talented Chef de Partie to join their team on a permanent  basis.

Due to the location you will need to be a driver.

Looking for an experienced CDP to join a team of 7/8 to  prepare and deliver signature rustic food served with a modern twist.

Within the role you will work 45 hours a week

The ideal CDP will have

  • Previous experience as a CDP
  • Polite and professional
  • Experience working with seasonal produce, with a creative ability
  • Keen to join a team that prides themselves in using local produce
  • Passionate about working with a la carte menus, tasting menus and running private events.
  • Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 1 and CIEH Level 2

The role-

  • Prepare and produce food using modern methods and fresh food
  • Ensures that the section operated effectively
  • Support the junior members of the kitchen with training and development
