Chef De Partie - great worklife balance

• £34,000 - £35,000
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime at double pay
• 39 hour contract
• 8% pension contribution
• 10 days off over Christmas

Our client, who are one of the oldest Private Members in London are looking for a Chef de Partie. Working as part of a team of 11 Chefs, you will be an integral part of the operation working across all sections of the kitchen (which is being completely refurbished this summer).

The Club works on non-profit basis and puts their employees first with any profits made being put straight back into the business to improve working conditions and members experience.

Day to day the club caters for a busy restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as events for up to 120 people. The style of the food is classical with a modern European twist, using the best ingredients available.

The ideal candidate for this role must have a strong track record of service in previous roles and experience working within a similar environment such as a 5 star hotel or high end restaurant. This role is predominately Monday to Friday with the occasional bit of weekend work which is paid double time.
