Opal Personnel are currently working with a client based just outside Dorchester who are on the lookout for a Chef De Partie to start ASAP on a permanent basis. The client are open to candidates with good experience as a Commis Chef looking to move up the ladder.

The client are a busy pub and inn and would be looking to speak with candidates who are experienced working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen with the ambition to develop.

The existing team is strong and would be a valuable team to learn from and can offer support.

Specifics;

Setting - Pub/Inn
Experience - Experience as a Chef De Partie or experienced Commis Chef looking to take a step up
Location - Dorchester
Salary - £28-£30k DOE over 45 hours per week to include evenings and weekends
