We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to assist our clients kitchen at a supported living unit in Bromley. As a Chef in their small-scale kitchen, you will play a crucial role in preparing nutritious meals for their residents. This position requires a patient individual with excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Hours: 8 am - 4 pm Saturday and Sunday (Occasional week day availability when Head chef is on annual leave)

Pay rate : PAYE £17 P/H, Umbrella : £18 P/H

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, and cook meals according to dietary requirements and preferences for residents.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • You will be required to serve the food to the residents.
  • You will work independently and have to clean up, wash up and take the bins out.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Chef, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Must possess Chef blacks/whites.
  • Enhanced DBS on update service is required.
