Location : Dun Cow, Ollerton | Knutsford

Salary: £28k+ plus bonuses

The Dun Cow is a family run pub restaurant based just outside Knutsford with a proven track recordfor over 8 years.

They operate using fresh produce and their kitchen team have the opportunity to create special dishes without the constraints of larger corporate style kitchens.

They currently have a team structure consisting of head chef, and four CDP’s, some of whom take Sous Chef responsibility when the head chef is on leave. This gives all their team members the ability to learn and grow due to experience gained, whilst having the full support of their surrounding team members.

· 4 full days and 1 half day.

· Flexible Rota
