Reed Property & Construction have a great opportunity for an experienced and Chartered Surveyor or Assoc RICS Surveyorto join our Clients team on the Isle of Wight who provide a comprehensive range of professional services to the property market both locally and occasionally on the mainland.

Ideally you will have - 

  • Post qualification experience and be MRICS or FRICS or Looking to become Chartered
  • Experience in Commercial and domestic property valuations
  • Clients include bank lending and private clients
  • Ability to work as part of a small team with plenty of autonomy
  • Ability to manage a varied workload
  • Effective communicator with both Clients and colleagues
