This is a firm of chartered surveyors that has been established since 2012. They are based in the heart of Stockport just around the corner from the beautiful old market. The company has grown every year from a £300k turnover in 2012 to £520k turnover last year and further growth this year. They work on a range of industrial, commercial, education and residential sector properties delivering a range of services. Your new role
In this role you will be working across the varied sectors they cover, delivering project management, acquisitions, dilapidation, schedule of conditions, planned maintenance etc. You will be working as part of a team of 6, a mixture of associate directors and graduate surveyors.
Day to day you will be working between the office and site delivering surveys and reporting on the works.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a RICS chartered surveyor with couple of years post-qualification experience or an experienced graduate looking to become chartered in the near future. You will be an ambitious individual looking for a varied role where you can take ownership of projects. You must have a driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK.
