A renowned multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to their Birmingham office.
This is an opportunity to become a pivotal part of a growing team of 4, in an office that is actively expanding across various sectors including office, retail, education, and commercial projects.
The Chartered Building Surveyor role
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will immerse themselves in a diverse range of projects, delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a dynamic approach to various client assignments.
Your role will be instrumental in managing and leading projects, emphasizing client relationship management and overseeing the development of Graduate Building Surveyors, with future opportunity to reach Director level.
The Chartered Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualification.
- Proven experience in project management and professional building surveying services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience in educational, commercial, retail, or office projects.
- Ambition and drive, with a commitment to professional growth and development.
