Job Opportunity: Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is seeking a seasoned Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion for excellence and innovation to join their dynamic team and be part of shaping the future of the built environment. They are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of surveying experience to fill the role of Chartered Building Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough building surveys, inspections, and assessments.
  • Provide expert advice on construction, maintenance, and repair projects.
  • Produce detailed reports and recommendations for clients.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Chartered status with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
