Business Change Manager


A global media business is hiring for a Change Manager for a transformational finance systems programme that is focusing on moving their core ERP system to S/4 HANA.

  • 15 month FTC (extension likely)
  • £70,000 - £80,000 + 15% annual bonus
  • Peterborough office - 2-3 days per week


As a Change Manager, you will support the programme's change management and communications agenda. You will develop and manage the Change and Communications Strategy as well as plan, track, and manage its delivery across all affected business functions.

This is a very hands-on role so the ideal candidate would be someone who is eager to learn and develop their experience in a large scale and complex programme.

Key Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management
  • Worked on large, global change programmes
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Experience in project/programme communications
  • Understanding of change management methodologies e.g. PROSCI
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the programme team
