Salt is excited to collaborate with one of the worlds most recognisable FMCG brands as they seek to hire a Global Change Lead to join their team on an ASAP starting (mat cover) contract role. In this 12 month contract term, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption, minimise resistance, and maximise the benefits of one of their new, exciting Global Supply & Procurement programs.

In this role, you will be facilitating and steering engagement within the team, using your strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in prioritising change and deployment initiatives within this transformation program.

You will work to inspire the global change to address global change impacts through localised change mitigation activities, ensuring a smooth transition to new operational methods across Supply Chain and Procurement functions and categories. Flexibility in cultural nuances will be essential as you lead large teams and indirectly manage personnel.

Key responsibilities will include executing a standardised global change communication program, crafting key change messaging, and assessing adoption rates resulting from the overall change initiative. Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be crucial for success.

  • Ability to effectively influence others and deliver key change messages effectively.
  • Project management skills to assess change progress and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Proficiency in using various tools for plan development and communications.
  • Track record of successfully leading change management initiatives within extensive transformations.
  • Stakeholder assessments and governance across all organisational levels.
  • Establishment of connections with critical stakeholders to enhance understanding and support for change.
  • Direct management of the Regional Training Lead for SC&P team.
