Change Management Lead - People Change, Org Design, Comms
Up to £700 per day (Umbrella)
West London - Hybrid / 4 days a week onsite

My client, is an instantly recognisable enterprise scale organisation, urgently require a Change Management Lead to drive and oversee a large-scale transformation programme.
Key Requirements:
- A wealth of experience working as a Change Manager in large, complex enterprise scale organisations
- Proven experience of delivering on major Transformation Programmes
- Key focus on People Change, Org Design and workforce management / integration
- Familiarity with Change Impact Assessments
- Experience of working with teams across various different time zones and cultural differences
- Focus on Performance measurement
- Communication engagement (Comms) experience
- Ability to identify and flag risks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication ability, confident liaising with all levels of seniority
- Confident in carrying out training workshops to support effective change adoption and understanding across teams in various locations
- Proven governance expertise, owning all aspects of the change process, ensuring successful delivery
- The ability to manage, identify and mitigate risk to avoid disruption
Nice to have:
- Previous Oil & Gas / Energy / Commodities industry experience would be a plus
- Any experience in moving workforces offshore
- Previous experience on Global Transformation Programmes
- Prosci / CMI certification
- Bachelor's degree in Change Management or similar
- Immediate availability
