My client, is an instantly recognisable enterprise scale organisation, urgently require a Change Management Lead to drive and oversee a large-scale transformation programme.


Key Requirements:

  • A wealth of experience working as a Change Manager in large, complex enterprise scale organisations
  • Proven experience of delivering on major Transformation Programmes
  • Key focus on People Change, Org Design and workforce management / integration
  • Familiarity with Change Impact Assessments
  • Experience of working with teams across various different time zones and cultural differences
  • Focus on Performance measurement
  • Communication engagement (Comms) experience
  • Ability to identify and flag risks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication ability, confident liaising with all levels of seniority
  • Confident in carrying out training workshops to support effective change adoption and understanding across teams in various locations
  • Proven governance expertise, owning all aspects of the change process, ensuring successful delivery
  • The ability to manage, identify and mitigate risk to avoid disruption


Nice to have:

  • Previous Oil & Gas / Energy / Commodities industry experience would be a plus
  • Any experience in moving workforces offshore
  • Previous experience on Global Transformation Programmes
  • Prosci / CMI certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Change Management or similar
  • Immediate availability
