HR Workstream Change, Communications and Engagement Manager

Opportunity to join a global organisation for an initial 5-6 month contract, to drive the global implementation of HR's target operating model, in turn embedding long-term change. Developing strategic communication and engagement plans for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and collaboration.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and learning plans.
  • Facilitate understanding and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective delivery.
  • Monitor and report on change-related KPIs.
  • Provide expert advice on change strategies and interventions.
  • Manage internal communication plans and ensure alignment with organisational values.
  • Measure communication effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience working in large scale organisational change and use of recognised change management tools and interventions.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in managing and mitigating internal comms risks.
  • Flexibility and initiative to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven demonstrable experience in managing/influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in training & facilitation, communications and/or engagement on a complex change programme, preferably in a matrixed global organisation is highly desirable.

*Please note: This is an initial 5-6 month day rate contract outside IR35, based on a 4 day working week.
