£35,000 OTE 65k

Cardiff - Field Base Role

This company is one of the UK's largest High Court Enforcement Offices, delivering market-leading enforcement services across England and Wales to its valued client base.

The company is currently seeking experienced and successful Certified Enforcement Agents to work within their business. The successful candidates will have a full and valid Enforcement Agents certificate and will be responsible for:

  • Receiving instructions electronically and making attendances at debtors' addresses
  • Collecting and banking payments
  • Submitting attendance reports electronically
  • Arranging and managing the removal of goods
  • Completing relevant paperwork relating to the attendance
  • Dealing with telephone calls from debtors

Skills & Experience

  • Strong ethical and professional standards
  • Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing & negotiation skills
  • A full driving license, ability to travel and map a working route
  • Computer literacy and ability to use basic software packages
  • A flexible approach to their working hours, as they are required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
