Reporting to the International Director, Sales & Operations and working closely with the Head of Operations the role of Centre Manager will manage and oversee the smooth and effective running of This Centre in Eastbourne. This includes leading and coordinating all departments including operations, academic, accommodation (residential & homestay), building maintenance and repair, catering, finance, welfare and student management.

The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall student experience and administration of our English language programmes for both Adults and Juniors, seasonal programmes, summer centre, school group travel, school Integration programmes, work experience, and all other revenue possibilities for the centre.

The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing a team of people who are accountable for the overall running of the day-to-day activities of the centre from planning and preparation prior to arrival to programme delivery and customer service evaluation.

This role includes assisting with the development and administration of efficient procedures, maximising technology, and streaming processes in line with that of the group to ensure a high level of service while growing the team. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do as a business, as Centre Manager your key KPI is ensuring we provide every student with a positive experience at the centre and achieving high quality customer feedback.

This role would suit somebody who can multitask and is a very hands on person with an excellent work ethic.
