Our client is looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to join their team and liaise with their creative teams at all levels up to Senior Management.

This is a remote opportunity, with the possibility of working from your nearest office if you’d like (Wakefield, London, Leatherhead, Basingstoke).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work alongside designers and artworkers through the whole process.
  • Ensure the team is working within budget and timelines, while delivering high quality content.
  • Follow the process of each studio making sure the brief is followed.
  • Provide communication between different departments from Studio to Client Services (including client).
  • Work alongside Studio Managers and Team Leads to improve scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Identify skills gaps within studio teams and communicate staffing needs.
SKILLS
  • Great knowledge and understanding of design and artwork studios, and of the production of print and digital work.
  • Track record of successful delivery.
  • Ability to identify key information, issues , trend from operational reports and to design those reports.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and process.
  • Experience in a similar role within a creative agency.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
