Central Services Accountant

Your new company
I'm working for an international, PE-backed Real Estate company to recruit into their Central Services Team.

Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will support all central entities. You will be responsible for:

• Accounting for and managing the Group's Central Services cost
• Oversee accounts payable function
• Work closely with FP&A team
• Month-end reporting
• Own the budgeting & forecasting
• Business partnering
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly consolidated P&L and balance sheet reporting
• Managing two; both AAT qualified

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA). You will have strong month-end reporting experience, including budgeting & forecasting. You will be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and business partnering with different teams. As the role has 2 direct reports, some management experience would be advantageous. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
