CELL LEADER

£15-16 phr

9-5pm

Check the daily activities of production workers

Maintain and improve the quality of products by means of providing work

instructions such as PAPS, PEM, control plan (QAP) and also by doing Kaizen

activities such as modifying and innovating new jigs, die and machine including

component parts.

Coordinate with PC department with regards to production loading, deliver and test

schedules and customer complaint/inquiries and requirements.

Coordinate with Purchasing personnel when requesting to purchase items needed in

the production.

Be willing to help with build and assembly if required

Coordinate with QA and QC engineers with regards to product quality such as the

setting of acceptance limit criteria, quality plan and customer complaint.
