A close knit and personable architectural firm are looking to hire an efficient CDM Advisor, to provide support in design meetings to their varied portfolio. However, consisting mainly of retail, historic buildings and sports facilities.

CDM Advisor Role

The CDM Advisor will be responsible for conducting mostly site inspections across the UK, providing an exciting variance on your projects day-to-day. The company are very flexible with remote work. The CDM Advisor will be required to navigate design meetings with architects and contractors and actioning works with efficiency.

CDM Advisor Requirements

  • NEBOSH National Certificate
  • Tech IOSHH ideally or committed to attaining
  • A good base experience of working on sites within a trade
  • 1 day per month within their Manchester/Southport office (up to 2 days dependant on experience)
