CDM Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a CDM Advisor to join our client, a leading and multi-disciplinary consultancy based in their Oxford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a CDM Advisor to join a CDM consultancy team on a permanent basis.

The successful individual who secured the CDM role will be involved in providing advice, assistance and inspections on a variety of projects within Residential, Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors. The company have a very established client based due to completing a number of highly successful projects.

CDM Advisor Position Overview

• The CDM Advisor will have the ability to identify investigations or surveys required in connection with CDM Regulations and experience in preparing H&S files.
• The CDM advisor will be involved in assisting with the growing workload of the company.
• Advise and assist with client and project demands.
• Ensure all project designs meet safety requirements through liaising with principal contractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple CDM/PD projects at different stages for internal and external clients, ensuring these are pro-actively managed.

CDM Advisor Position Requirements

• Knowledge of legislation relevant to the construction industry and willing to learn and develop knowledge within the field of CDM and health and safety.
• Qualification in health and safety (NEBOSH Construction Certificate and ideally TechIOSH)
• Membership with IMAPS.
• 3 years CDM experience.

CDM Advisor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £30k-£45k DOE
• Hybrid Working
• Holidays: 28 Days + Bank Holidays
