You will be working remotely from home in the London or Surrey area and travelling as necessary for client meetings.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Permanent Consultant will include:

• Proactively developing new catering business by identifying and establishing client relationships
• Securing permanent Chef vacancies
• Business to business outbound sales calls
• Travelling to meet clients for meetings so you will need to drive and have access to a car
• Sourcing and recruiting Chefs for permanent vacancies
• Service management - compliance, administration, updating systems
• Growing the revenue on your desk and working to targets
