Join our #OneBlueFamily at our Milton Keynes branch to manage and grow the revenue on a warm desk that supplies temporary BOH catering staff to clients in the Northampton area.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after training. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Milton Keynes will include:

  • Proactively developing new and existing catering business by identifying and establishing client relationships in the Northampton area
  • Business to business outbound sales calls and marketing activities working to targets
  • Travelling to visit clients for meetings in Northampton so you will need to drive and have access to a car
  • Sourcing and recruiting temporary BOH catering staff
  • Building relationships with your clients and candidates
  • Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
