A great opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join a small team based at a unit in Gloucester. This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm with flexibility needed as some days may be a 6.30am start and others finishing earlier.

The Catering Manager will lead a team of 6 including a Chef, Supervisors and Catering Assistants and this is a very hands on role. You will need some Chef experience of kitchen experience as you may be needed to help in the kitchen if required. 

We are looking for a Catering Manager ideally with B&I experience in a corporate site and used to dealing with busy operations. You will be responsible for writing the menus and need to have a good food knowledge and be up to date with current high street trends and what is hot in the industry at the moment!

This is a cashless operation and the Catering Manager will be responsible for all management duties and have experience in training and developing teams. Most food is made fresh on site however some sandwiches and salads brought in for speed of service.
