Category Manager

Our Client is looking to hire a Category Manager, within the Public Sector in a Central Government Department. This is a superb opportunity for someone wanting a flexible work pattern (Hybrid - 1 day per week in a London Office) to support their personal responsibilities and career goals.

As a Category Manager you will develop and implement Category Strategy for specific categories, balancing short and long-term objectives to meet business strategy and efficiency's (savings) in alignment with the business stakeholders

Essential Skills

* NEC3 experience
* In procurement rather than delivery space
* Infrastructure / Construction

* Someone to support senior category managers (end to end major procurement's)
* Implement and develop procurement strategies.
* End to end procurement process.
* Working as part of a team to work through the major procurement.Infrastructure projects (Smaller to medium)

Active SC is required.
