About the Role

• As a Solicitor in this role, you'll support the team in handling a diverse caseload primarily consisting of brain injuries, along with spinal cord and amputation claims.
• Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including assisting partners with claims, reviewing records, nurturing charitable partnerships, preparing instructions for Counsel and experts. Also, engaging with clients, attending court hearings, and contributing to personal development and training within the team.

About You

• To excel in this role, you'll be a Qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Essential qualities include prior experience in catastrophic injury claims, proficiency in business development, marketing, networking, and social media usage.
• Additionally, you should possess strong legal analysis and research skills, a solid grasp of relevant law and procedure, and a commitment to staying abreast of legal developments.
