Catastrophic Injury Solicitor

My client is a top tier, national law firm who are seeking a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join their busy team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded team that can offer you good quality work and excellent career prospects.

As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for a caseload of defendant EL/PL and RTA matters up to the value of £500k in addition to assisting a Partner on cases in excess of this. These claims will include the likes of brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and fatal claims up to and in excess of £1m.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a caseload of multi-track Personal Injury matters and whilst defendant experience would be ideal, those with a claimant background will also be considered.
