On the back of some great success and huge growth across 2023, they are looking to recruit an experienced Casualty Claims Handler to expand their team at their stunning Spinningfields head office in Manchester City Centre.

As Casualty Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling clients’ Casualty Claims from cradle to grave as part of a growing operation. Our client has developed an outstanding reputation in the market for service excellence, therefore it is extremely important that you are client focused, organised and uphold these standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling Casualty EL/PL Claims from cradle to grave is essential, as well as a strong analytical ability and being technically competent.
• This role will suit a competent and driven individual looking to be part of a business that likes to challenge, yet also be challenged.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as this will be a role where you may need to interrogate, interview and probe where necessary to get the right result.
• Being confident in your own ability and good decision making is immensely important along with having a highly professional demeanour.
